Kreig D. Roof is a licensed neuropsychologist specializing in the evaluation and
treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with known or suspected brain dysfunction.
He has worked for over 25 years assisting individuals and families in understanding
how illness or injury affects thinking, memory, and personality, in addition to helping
children with unique learning needs.
Dr. Roof received his Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University and completed
his post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology at Vanderbilt University Medical
Center. He holds the academic rank of Adjunct Clinical Instructor in the Neuro-Epilepsy
Division of the Department of Neurology at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine
and is Consulting Pediatric Neuropsychologist with the Vanderbilt Sports Concussion
Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Before opening his independent practice
in 2000, Dr. Roof was Director of Neuropsychology at Vanderbilt Stallworth Rehabilitation
